A solidarity caravan with Cuba traveled through the city of Manshera in Pakistan

Islamabad, September 30 (Prensa Latina) Pakistani doctors who graduated in Cuba, along with Cuban families, held a solidarity caravan with that country that traveled through the streets of the city of Manshera, the Embassy of the Caribbean island here reported today.

The Association of Pakistani Doctors Graduated in Cuba (Manshera and Abbottabad Chapter) organized the initiative as part of its activities to denounce the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States government on that Caribbean nation.

For the members of this organization, Cuba remains their second homeland, hence the desire to reaffirm their solidarity, the diplomatic headquarters told Prensa Latina.

From Pakistan, they reiterate that Cuba is not alone, assures the message from the island’s diplomatic mission.

After participating in a solidarity caravan with the Caribbean nation, Cuban families residing in the city of Manshera shared images of love for their country and rejection of the blockade that punishes their people.

The city of Mansehra is located in northeastern Pakistan, within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, about 132 kilometers from the capital, and serves as the administrative and commercial center of the region known as the Hazara Division.
