Venezuelan Gov’t-Opposition Talks Continue in Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo, Sep 14 (Prensa Latina) The Venezuelan government and opposition continue their dialog in this capital today, with the objective of finding an agenda that will allow them to advance in dialogue between the parties.

The day before, the Dominican president, Danilo Medina, made the announcement after the conclusion of the first part of the meeting, which was held in the local Foreign Ministry.

According to the president Medina, there are many hopes of reaching some form of negotiation, and for this reason there is great expectation for the final results of the expected meeting.

The delegations to the meeting are Jorge Rodríguez, the President of the Constituent Assembly, Delcy Rodríguez, and Roy Chaderton, the Venezuelan government and the opposition, Julio Borges, Vicente Diaz, Luis Florido, Timoteo Zambrano, Manuel Rosales and Eudoro González.
