Havana.- Cuba will launch two new types of 5 to 7 year old cigars in perfect conservation conditions that allow a smoker to enjoy an excellent quality product.
The launching to the international market of the Partagas, Corona Gordas Añejadas and Aged Hoyo de Monterrey No. 4 is part of a strategy of diversification of the production of the Habanos S.A., in charge of its commercialization.
Both will be available during the first trimester of 2016 in a Special Edition in limited quantities and a one-time only presentation according to a press release obtained by the Cuban News Agency.
These cigars will be sold in its original 25 unit boxes which were not touched until the aging process concluded and were dressed with the brand name before exporting for the international market.
The box has a double ring, a stick with the name Aged and an explanation of the concept.
Among the security measures that witness its aging process a publication on the bottom of the box has the date of when the cigars were rolled with an additional stamp that says Revised.
